Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it and how to contact us about your privacy.
Who handles your information
Tech Harbor Global is responsible for the store's customer information.
TECH HARBOR GLOBAL is the trading name of Calvin Gill Machado. Our business address is 2-25, SIMONA VILLA, Innanje, Shankarapura, Udupi, Karnataka 574115, India. Contact calvin@techharborglobal.in about information collected through this website, quotations, orders or customer support.
Information we collect
We request information relevant to your enquiry or order.
- Enquiries: your name, optional organisation, email, phone, requested product and quantity, enquiry type, delivery city/PIN code, requirements and a submission reference. Please do not include unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information in the message.
- Orders and support: the agreed product/configuration, billing and delivery details, invoice information, payment/refund references, relevant correspondence and information needed to assess a delivery, return or warranty issue.
- Website operations: page and technical usage information, security/error logs and information used to prevent abuse. Enquiry rate limiting uses keyed identifiers derived from the submitting network address and email rather than exposing them publicly.
- Browser storage: advertising preference and, when applicable, cart/session information used for website features. Google Ads may process ad-click identifiers, page information and advertising cookies according to your choice, as explained below.
We do not collect card CVVs, OTPs or UPI PINs. Payment credentials are entered with Razorpay, which handles them under its own security and privacy practices.
How we use information
To respond, fulfil orders, provide support and operate the website safely.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm product/delivery requirements and send a branded acknowledgement and relevant follow-up.
- Process agreed orders, verify payment, coordinate delivery, issue invoices and handle cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty support.
- Maintain necessary business records, prevent fraud/abuse, troubleshoot problems and comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Measure website performance and advertising enquiries. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing; we do not add you to a marketing mailing list merely because you contacted us.
Providing required enquiry fields is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or confirm delivery without them. Your enquiry consent covers responding to that request. Order handling and statutory records may still require information even if you withdraw optional consent.
Service providers & disclosure
We share information only as needed for the service or an applicable obligation.
- Vercel provides website hosting, private application storage and website analytics. Resend processes enquiry email content and recipient details to deliver notifications and customer acknowledgements. Our business email service handles correspondence.
- Razorpay and its relevant banking partners process payments and refunds. Delivery providers receive the recipient/contact/address information required to fulfil your order. Product-support partners receive only information needed for an authorised support request.
- Google processes advertising measurement data described below. We do not intentionally send your name, email, phone, street address or enquiry message as Google Ads conversion fields.
- We may disclose necessary records to professional advisers or authorities to comply with law, address fraud or protect lawful rights. We do not sell customer contact details.
Service providers may process information in India or other countries where their infrastructure operates. Their own privacy notices also apply to the services they provide. We use access controls and reputable providers, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Analytics & advertising choices
You can change the advertising measurement preference at any time.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for website usage information and a Google Ads tag to measure visits and successfully submitted enquiries. Advertising cookie/storage permissions are denied by default until you choose to allow measurement. Personalised advertising signals are disabled in our current tag configuration.
Choosing Decline keeps advertising storage permissions denied. Under Google's Consent Mode, limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent; declining is not a promise that no network request reaches Google. Your choice is saved in this browser and can be changed below or using Advertising choices in the footer. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser may require a new choice.
Read the Google Privacy Policy, Vercel Privacy Policy, Resend Privacy Policy and Razorpay Privacy Policy for their processing practices.
Retention & security
Information is retained for its purpose and applicable record-keeping needs.
We retain enquiry and support records while needed to respond, maintain the relevant customer relationship and resolve outstanding issues. Order, invoice and payment/refund records are retained for applicable tax/accounting requirements, reconciliation, warranty and legal claims. Security logs and backups may have different provider retention periods. Information is reviewed for deletion or anonymisation when these purposes no longer apply, subject to legal retention requirements.
Customer records are not public catalogue data. Administrative access is restricted, and enquiry validation and rate limits help prevent misuse. Please avoid sending payment credentials or confidential business data that is not needed for the enquiry.
Your requests & complaints
Contact us to correct information or ask about its use.
You may ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent or raise a privacy concern. We may need proportionate verification to protect your records; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary. We explain any legal or operational reason that prevents immediate deletion, such as statutory invoice retention or an unresolved payment dispute.
The site is intended for customers able to enter a valid purchase agreement, not for collecting children's information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review it. Material changes to this policy will be shown here with an updated effective date.
Our postal address, phone and grievance process are also available on the Contact Us page.
